Anxiety is very typical in today's community. What is stress anyway? Anxiety is merely a fear of something that has happened in previous times that we project into the long run as occurring again. So how do we control the anxiety? We use a mixture of unconscious development and aware involvement.

Imagine the situation you are afraid of or have stress about, however with ideal result, ideal connections, ideal balance or ideal safety.
